Tougher, stronger and more capable - That's the motto that General Motors used when debuting the all-new fleet of heavy-duty trucks in 2020. ICON Vehicle Dynamics stayed true to GM engineers' thought process with the development of our suspension systems for the 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD trucks. Using ICON's holistic engineering philosophy, our R&D team went above and beyond to develop several stages of complete suspension systems that provide varying levels of adjustability, capability, and overall vehicle performance. ICON's Stage 4 system is comprised of CDCV equipped V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and piggyback reservoir rear shocks, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, and torsion keys that allow for 2-3.5” of front lift height adjustment. The ICON vehicle specific tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDCV are the key to attaining optimum ride quality and getting that desired comfort with the 3/4 & 1-ton working capability with their larger diameter, piston area, internal bump zones, and oil volume working to control rough terrain better than smaller diameter shocks. Remote reservoirs also greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges.
- Vehicle specific tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and piggyback reservoir rear shocks for superior shock damping and control
- All shock absorbers equipped with CDC Valves for 10 settings of compression damping adjustment, from soft to hard
- Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs allow for additional caster/camber adjustment
- 100% Bolt-on system - no drilling, cutting, or welding necessary for install
- Improved ride quality over stock with no change in towing capacity
- Front wheel travel increase of approximately 3" over stock
- Corrosion resistant hard anodized aluminum shock bodies
- Adjustable for 2-3.5” of front lift height over stock
