Every brand has its own cashback rate, shown on the product page before you buy. The cashback you earn lands in your account within seconds of your order going through, starting with the very first one. There's no minimum, no waiting period, and nothing to claim, so you can go Pro and order the same day.
The price you pay covers a full year of membership. If the Pro price goes up during that year, nothing changes for you: you keep every benefit until your renewal date, and only then does the new price apply.
No business license, no resale certificate, no minimum order, nothing to apply for. Buy one part or fifty. Cancelling takes two clicks in your account, there is nobody to call, and your membership simply runs out at the end of the year you paid for. Any store credit already in your account stays yours.

FRD Pro is our paid membership. Members earn cashback on the parts they buy, paid as Fish Racing store credit. Membership is billed once a year and renews automatically.

How cashback is earned. Every brand has its own cashback rate, shown on the product page before you buy. It is calculated on the amount you actually pay for each item after any discounts, using that brand's rate on the day you place your order. If a rate changes later, orders you have already placed are not affected. There is a maximum amount of cashback per order.
Cashback is not earned on gift cards, shipping, taxes and fees, core charges, or on the membership charge itself. Some brands do not take part, and where that is the case it is shown on the product page.
Your store credit. Store credit expires twelve months after it is issued. Each amount carries its own expiry date, and your oldest credit is always spent first. It has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for money, and it can only be spent in our store.
Returns and canceled orders. If you return or cancel an item, the cashback you earned on it is reversed and removed from your store credit balance. Partial returns are reversed in proportion. If your balance is lower than the amount being reversed, we take what is there and may take the rest from credit issued to you later. You will never owe us money as a result of a reversal.
If you pause or cancel. Pausing or canceling your membership ends your cashback and your monthly allowance straight away, including for any days left in the period you have already paid for. Membership fees are not refundable. Store credit already in your account is not affected and remains usable until it expires. Canceling your membership does not close your store account. If you rejoin, your benefits come back and your monthly allowance resumes with your next payment.
Our discretion. Cashback and the monthly allowance are benefits we choose to offer to members in good standing. They are not goods you have purchased, and we have the final say over them. We may withhold, reduce, reverse or cancel store credit and membership benefits, and may suspend or end a membership, at our discretion. That includes accounts used in ways that exploit the program, ordering and return patterns that fall outside normal use, disputed or reversed payments, and more than one membership used by the same person or household. One membership per person, for your own orders.
Changes. We may change the membership price, the monthly allowance, cashback rates, participating brands, or these terms. We will email you at least thirty days before a material change, and any price change takes effect from your next renewal. If we discontinue FRD Pro, credit already in your account stays usable until it expires.
Our general Terms of Service also apply, including the sections on disputes, governing law and limits on our liability. Where this page conflicts with them, this page applies to your membership benefits.
