Fish Racing Distribution wants every customer to be able to find and buy the parts they need, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard covers readable color contrast, text alternatives for images, operating the site with a keyboard alone, visible focus states, and pages that make sense to a screen reader.

Where we are

This is ongoing work rather than a finished project. Our catalog runs to hundreds of thousands of parts and we add to it constantly, so we review accessibility as we build rather than treating it as a one-time audit. Some areas, particularly supplier-provided product images and their descriptions, are still being improved.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it. Email fishracingdistribution@gmail.com with the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within three business days, and if something is blocking a purchase we will help you complete the order directly.

Parts of the site we do not control

Checkout, payment processing and some embedded content are run by third parties. We choose providers who take accessibility seriously, but we cannot guarantee content we do not publish. If you hit a barrier in one of those, tell us anyway and we will raise it with them.
