The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 6" Suspension System with CDC Valves delivers an advanced suspension package for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, combining premium damping technology, increased adjustability, and heavy-duty components designed for exceptional on- and off-road performance. Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs provide superior damping control, increased fluid capacity, and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during extended off-road use. Equipped with ICON CDC Valve technology, all shock absorbers feature 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings, allowing drivers to fine-tune suspension performance from softer settings for improved ride comfort to firmer settings for enhanced control and handling response. The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. Through innovative engineering, the system achieves a full 6 inches of front lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, maximizing ground clearance while minimizing CV joint angles.
- Billet rear upper and high clearance lower links improve rear end articulation and allow on-vehicle adjustment for different ride heights and pinion angles using ICON's double adjuster system
- ICON engineered custom triple rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable ride on-road as well as stability and control during aggressive off-road driving
- 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs for superior damping and vehicle control along with improved shock cooling
- Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment for optimum drivability
- Optimized design to fit 37" tires with full articulation (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
- Patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provides improved durability and serviceability with 90 degrees of total articulation
- Adjustable front ride heights from 5-6” of front lift over stock (up to 6" of lift with only 4" of crossmember drop)
- On-vehicle adjustable billet rear track bar properly centers rear axle while also improve rear suspension performance
- Hight clearance front crossmembers and front skid plate, CNC Laser Cut and brake-formed from 1/4-inch steel plate
- All shock absorbers equipped with CDC Valves for 10 settings of compression damping adjustment, from soft to hard
- Improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and rear track bar bracket to reduce bind in the rear suspension
- System allows for up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
- Billet rear lower links have replaceable nylon rock sliders to protect the links from trail damage
- Optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer found in stock Tundras
- High angle outer tie-roads feature durable, metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends
