Fish Racing Distribution Affiliate Program Terms

1. The basic rules. (1) Do not post your code on coupon or discount-code sharing websites. Social media, forums, videos, car meets and your bio are all fine. (2) You may use your own code on your own orders; those orders do not earn commission. (3) Do not post your code in product reviews on our site. Breaking these rules can end your membership.

2. Earnings. You earn 1% on every eligible item ordered with your code or through your link, and 3% on Fish Racing Distribution products. Commission is on the item price after discounts, before tax and shipping.

3. Eligible items. Your code gives the customer 1% off approved brands only, and only those items earn commission. Brands that do not allow discounts get no discount and earn nothing.

4. Payment. Commission is held during the 30-day return window, then becomes payable. Payable commission is sent to the PayPal email on your account every two weeks. A minimum balance of $20 is required; anything under that carries forward. There is a maximum of $10,000 per payout; any remainder carries forward. Payouts are automatic and cannot be sent early. A refunded or cancelled order takes back its commission. We pay to PayPal accounts in any country where PayPal can receive payments (PayPal's country list).

5. Tracking. Your affiliate portal shows every order, its status and your payouts. You get an email each time your code or link is used; you can turn that off in your settings.

6. Changes and termination. We may change or end the program, its rates, its rules or any part of it at any time. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept it. We may end your membership if you break these terms, misuse your code, or are not a fit for the brand, and we may withhold commission we believe was earned by misuse.
