S&S Cycle 99-06 BT Easy Start 583GE Gear Drive Camshaft Kit

S&S .583 inch lift cam is optimized for use in the Softail® Dyna® lines. This cam makes horsepower and torque that you can feel all the way through the rpm range, making the most power right where you need it: 1500-5000 rpm.This cam is greatly improves valve timing accuracy by eliminating timing chain E590lash and Easy Start Cams allow stock starter to start any engine.

• For 1999-2006 Harley-Davidson® big twin (except 2006 Dyna®) 2006 HD® Dyna® uses 2007-'16 style cams
• For 1999-2004, these cam are not bolt in and need special springs
• Complete kit includes cams with inner gears and installation kit
• Improves valve timing accuracy by eliminating timing chain lash
• Easy Start Cams allow stock starter to start any engine
• Bolt in for 2005-2006 and can use stock springs
• No tensioner shoes to wear out or fail
